I found out how to work out some things because I had to rough it without much help, but I desperately need it. I must be some kind of idiot about this. So a few things
-I need to find out how to set values 5-9 of items
And
-I need to create perks or traits to change your character to a mutant
-I need to figure out how to get perks to actually work (tag for example when turned on in the fos does nothing but uses a perk)
I will probably have more questions later but please help
