Title: PK perk

Since we have Childkiller perk, we might as well have Greenhornkiller. You gain the perk when you kill the player that is 10 level below you and only when you start hitting first.

Now when there is not much player around left getting this perk coud be quite hard.

Or use a minigun, rocket, or some other rediculously overpowered weapon.

Don`t take too serious this one - but its a perk so one can assume that game system will know when you "qualify" just like with Gravedigger or Childkiller.
