Title: RedDragon smokin weed at night! in 32 31

the idea behind the char in pic is his eyes were burned out from sunlight, and radiation made him a sick MF, he hunts at night so enemys are down to his level but since he has no eyes his other sense kicks in giving him the overall advantage!, :o
and the smoke circles are made with his eye sockets not his mouth,

Don't know him that well, most we've ever talked was probably 20 seconds. Most I know is that he WAS in kittys' faction and is a amazing artist that never went too an art school that lives in Canada and his 2 other brothers.
