How can I make it so I can play alone without people, any info is appreciated!

Bullshit man, he can and everybody can do single player. Just download tla sdk and:
- host server on localhost
- or use fonline single player exe

If he wants 2238 sp, he must wait for release.

Oh, he wouldnt mind. Dagnir & Co. surely will, since there is no reason why they should release TLAmkII SDK.

generally speaking, FO single player would be quite easy to do, without much scripting knowledge. Dialogues, quests and maps can be made by anyone and it would just be about setting quest vars to global rather than local (for a coop feeling). 2238 or the tla sdk aren't much different than f2, with their respective mutlplayer features such as respawn, level cap, preview etc removed. I'm not saying it's a fast and easy task, but at least it would be relatively simple.
