FIXES:
- Fixed smart cursor not recognizing trees can be chopped with primitive tool.
- Fixed bug which made it impossible to use weapons while having Aimed hotkey active and having Fast-Shot trait at the same time.
- Bomb in gunrunners quest can now be defused.

FEATURES:
- Special clothes can be found in encounter, Ares and Glow lockers.

CHANGES (WIP):
- Hinkley outfitter will give outfits to mentally challenged.
- Low Charisma no longer prevents from talking to traders.
- Disabled crafting cooldown.
- NPCs don't remember players who attacked them after the NPC dies.
- Grenades thrown on hex can now be thrown through critters and hexes that don't block FOV just like during normal throwing attack.
- Using reload hotkey now no longer changes weapon attack mode.
- Disassembling items removes sneak.
- New tanker entry point in San Francisco on town/world interface.
- Gold Nuggets weight lowered to 300g and their price increased to 125 caps.
- Small adjustments in ammo weight according to their caliber (generally ammunition is lighter).

EXTRA NOTES:
- Run the updater to obtain the new files.

I like this little update. Sure it isn`t anything great but its good step ahead.

Disabling cooldown for crafting is big decision, time will shown whether correct one -> but hey its seems good.

Finally, Reno doesn't have to be a slaughter house every time you want to PvP... also, great to see that 3 CH limit finally done away with. I'm assuming the values are accordingly worse. I think this is a good way to implement those skins, too.

They've done it before. All it does it make it so you don't have to log onto multiple alts to craft.

Not really, some have retard dialog paths AFAIK (in BH for example) with less dialog options but you can still trade with them. Some NPCs might require INT to do some stuff, but not to trade with traders (if there is some like this it can be considered a bug). So if there is a merchant requiring INT to trade, then feel free to report it with Trac.

Depends on the outfit. Most of them don't have running animations. You also won't be able to use every weapon with every outfit.

I think the time that is consumed with gathering the materials is enough anyway, so an additional cooldown was just overnerf.

I tried the Tanker Entrance for San Francisco from World Map.

Wound up in black area with Deathclaw Robed Hunchbacks. (Goris models).

These were Event Teleporters and when I opted to teleport, I was immobilized and cannot even speak with the teleporters.

What is the help command?

Yes there was a small bug with tanker entrance but it's fixed already and it's safe to use it.
The teleporters were a "hotfix", they shouldn't be needed anymore but they will stay there in case someone logged off in the void.

well from all the mentioned, i find only these as something good and useful, all other changes were rather useless or even damaging the gameplay. As for me I expected some rather good and decent changes, so I can call this update, like this whole session: disappoint.

It s not  that bad after all,is quite clear jovanka is playing TLA.  ;)

Maybe even making character drive other characters on wm till the number of 4 without ch would be great idea.

Why dont you remove charisma from game?? Now the 95% of the players will have 1 CH.... You could also remove the ST required to handle weapons, and PE shouldnt be needed to see 50 hex... All should be about EN, AG and LK...

Yeah, but i dont want to play that fucking server, this is 2238, not TLA. Im tired of people talking about that crap. I hate ncp traders, imo they should be removed from game. Do u want to trade? Trade with players. At the beggining of the game all the trading system was between players, and i loved it, then the ncp traders were introduced and fucked all. Fonline trading philosophy, 10 deteriorated and useless hunting rifles = Sniper Rifle. Simply great!

No need to overstate this. Combat alts can now trade with npc, thats all. There is no 10 in 1 or 300% in all. Only simple npc trading for all.

Seriously, you are crying because you dont need to spend 1 point in charisma? I mean anyone who was not slaver/taxi/merc build had max of ch 2 and used beer/mentas to trade. So it is just one single point. It is not like that you had Ch of 10 on your trading alts.

it is not removed from ALL speech. Many quests are not doable without CH. It is only for trading.

Besides, you aren't going to get good prices with bad Charisma/reputation/barter skill, anyway (well, I'm not sure if Charisma in itself affects prices, but it means a lower barter skill). This really didn't change much. People that want the best prices are still going to use a barter alt.

I hate ncp traders, imo they should be removed from game.
This would result in the same thing: make Charisma less useful, you seem to contradict yourself.

Umm no it wasn't
It was just so you could get better reactions and additional dialog options from NPCs.

Charisma was only useful for characters that were gonna talk their way out of a lot of situations.

Fonline its something way bigger than just PvP server. Altough i agree PvP it is core, there is room for roleplay, making quest, trading and crafting - just those aspect of the game are like: "path: B".

There`s no PvP withouth crafting and grinding stuff, so this and Quake are two difrent worlds.

HAHAHA! Roleplay... :D Do you come from the year 2009? :D Making quests in MMO is simply following steps written on the wiki, especially if you use mutliple alts - which you do, of course. There's no trading apart from forums and no crafting apart from crafting super stimpacks.
There`s no PvP withouth crafting and grinding stuff, so this and Quake are two difrent worlds.
The difference between playing Quake and FOnline is like a difference between casual stroll in the park and being shelled while sitting in a ww1 trench.

Please understand that no matter how much you hate and insult there will always be players who don't want to PvP and do something completely else.
Just because PvP was the most popular and took away most of your time doesn't mean that it has to have everyone's attention.

Please understand that no matter how much you hate and insult there will always be players who don't want to PvP and do something completely else.
Oh you mean nessies who craft all day long (without any player-to-player interaction) and probably leave when they get bored? Or NCR idlers who could equally do some small talk on IRC? No my friend, once you reach that level there is no way back, even a lumberjack like Tomowolf gets that.

Good times... psycho, some plasma nades, and a weapon, total slow-paced chaos. Maybe devs could bring those back but not allow people less than a certain level to enter the caravan, if they don't want noobs to get stuck in them, and a command to kill yourself if TB has been on for more than ~5 minutes.

Hey, I like playing PVP, but I wish caravans come back, along with some roleplay and more players, because it's get boring to sit all day n reno, or wait for friends to gather up for an TC.

Charisma doesn't play a role about prices, just barter skill (charisma makes the basic skill of barter higher)

While I would basically agree with what you said here, we do have merchant parties in fallout 2 that do not trade with you based on your reputation. Now, while charisma and reputation are two different things, it at least means that the "it's just business" argument you're making here is not true in the fallout universe.

Reputation is something different, I would say. If you are stealing in the shop, of course, you cannot expect that you will be welcomed there. If you are killing my friends, don't expect that I will serve you with a pleasure, just because I need caps. ;D

2months to give a so little update,devs have here kiding players because they know for 2 months ago that the game will be shutdown.so a shame...

There is no veritable reason, they shut it down because they are lazy. Stupid as that.

The server is being shut down because of what we wrote in The End thread (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php/topic,29233.0.html). There is nothing more to add.
