If you want to participate in the Easter Event, read this post carefully or you will probably regret you didn't.
Easter Deatchlaw has hidden 13 Easter Eggs on the wasteland.
Each egg is unique - it has a different color, number and name.
You can look for them. The eggs can't be picked up, but you can claim them in this thread if you find one.
Tomorrow, after the event ends, the claims will be reviewed.
First person with valid claim for each of the eggs will receive the egg (it will be turned into pickable item).
Additionally, the character with the biggest number of received eggs (but at least two eggs are required)
will get a special prize. If there is more than one person with the same number of eggs, GM will decide
what to do with the special prize.
Where to look for them?
They can be in any non-private location. The eggs are lying on ground/floor.
How to claim the egg?
Claim Easter Eggs by posting in this thread. Other methods are invalid.
The valid claim must contain:
- Egg number
- Egg name
- Screenshot of your character near the Egg. The name of the character must be visible. The character on
the screenshot will receive the egg, if it's the first valid claim for the egg on the end of event.
You can check the number and the name of the Easter Egg by clicking it.
You should post a claim as soon as posible when you find an egg, otherwise someone may do it before you.
After you posted the claim, you SHOULD NOT EDIT THE POST. In case of edited posts, the Last Edit date
will be considered as date of the claim. Use separate posts to claim eggs.
What with eggs which won't be found?
They will stay on server. You can still claim them after the event in this thread to receive them.
They won't count for special prize.

They don't highlight if you mouse over them if this is what you ask about.
You can check screens to see how they look.

No, I mean, how you can see a locker from miles out of your FOV but you can't see say a car or a item on the ground in such a way.

They don't have always-visible flag (they must be in your view range).

As a note for other egg-seekers:
I have scouted almost entirely every nook n cranny and not found an egg:
Gecko, first area of Enclave, Followers of apocalypse library, Klamath, junkyard, the water treatment plant, crater (near boneyard), ares silo, themepark... and that's all I can remember.
hope we get another next year.
P.s. The marcus picture scared the living piss out of me.

Went to all the places that i could see on my pip-boy and only found 5 & 10 :S
Got a feelin FrankenStone is going to win, I'm not givin up though.
It's always fun to discover new locations or explore places where you havent been yet, i think thats the one of the reasons this event exist, making you get out of that place you're so familiar with and to explore other places hoping to find one of those Easter Eggs

Great event by the way JovankaB, I found two merchants I never knew of, finally got to see the BH mine and kill a thousand ants (they respawned faster then I could kill them, Thanks for the save LoreKeeper!), and made it further into the Glow then I ever intended to go.
I may not be a wiener, but it got me out there looking!

I was killed by a PK. After that I got the idea to search all respawn camps. This was the last camp I visited. ;)

Taming the thing which popped out from its egg wasn't an easy task, several reincarnations of myself were killed during the process.

I was killed by a PK. After that I got the idea to search all respawn camps. This was the last camp I visited. ;)

Kudos to OdijSuppi for that great find, to Frankenstone for finding the most (I was always one step behind!), and to the GMs for this great event.
The bluesuit, should've known, and in NCR nonetheless... very appropriate. Given that NCR's is the most used spawning area, I'm surprised this hasn't been found earlier. It was under our noses all this time.
Good luck with that electric deathclaw, though... I hope it leaves it's sibiling eggs well alone.

Just saw a message that the Deathclaw was hold in the pigrat pens in Redding, i'm heading for Redding right now :P
Edit: i just got there, all what happened is a person called stealth kick blocking the door of the deathclaw, second later i got plasma naded
Edit 2: seems you cant enter it, there is a forcefield blocking it.

this is bullshit, i was so excited for this event and its over before i even wake up? this fucking overseas shit is garbage. just once id like to be able to participate in an event but since you guys dont deem it necessary to have more gms its impossible because your all in europe or wherever the fuck and theres never a gm on when im playig. im gmt -6 and this is bullshit.

We didn't expect all eggs will be found so fast, but still - it took 11 hours to find all eggs.
Anyway, we started early in the morning and if we did it at peak European time it would probably take like 30 minutes :P
I promise I will make an event especially for evening hours at GMT -6. Happy? :)

to all the other egghunters , and to JovankaB , it was a great event i found so many other stuff when i was searching for the eggs its kinda funny what u will find when u search a bit ^^
and yeah it was really hard i was searching 6 -7 hours and then when 2 other guys have the same amount like me the pressure was growing , but my joker was the glow i guess ^^

Me, but the deathclaw is just a couple brush strokes over the resized deathclaw graphics from Fallout 2,
so it was "drawn" in really cheap way :P
