HOW is this even possible?? After killing some pk players in Broken Hills we were BLOCKED (as you can see in screan below) in town so that we were an easy target (and SUDDENLY after few seconds a group of players came out of nowhere just to kill us)... I hope this was just a bug but hey - CAN THIS BE A COINCIDENCE?? ONLY WE WERE BLOCKED?? COINCIDENCE?????????? Got it too in broken hills (PK love this place they camp it like none other) this place and couple others and its not GM abuse this block kick in in real time battles (if im not wrong), ive myself get killed becouse this couple times u cant get out from location when u start shot at someone or more offen some pk noobs start shot at you u have shown this where u got all other coldowns "battle" . Other thing is PK abuse this like hell so GMs please turn that off ;/

I understand why battle timeout exists, but I'd quite like to try FOnline without a battle timeout.

You overestimate the amount of attention GM's pay to players. Blame it on bugs really.

Im not talking about battle timeout... From my position it looked like serwer was down i was kicked from the game I tried to log into game but i could not just as my 2 friends only one of my gang was still online. You cant blame it on IRC becouse were from 3 different cities we have 3 different IRC so it looked like we were blocked and couldt log on...
So the serwers was down but only for 3 players... AND just after killing some russians PK in broken hills

Well if you can say that this means that this game is runned by some strange alliance oO. So in this game you have !!!!PLAYERS!!!! (friends of GM or whatever) and players that are wasting thier time (just imagine how long will it take for one player to make 4 combat armors BoS) Cant you read?? This cant be bug!! Serwers were down only for 3 players, just to be killed by some russians that we pissed off...

I have to report an abuse too.
Some GMs , camouflaged as pig rats, surrounded me and bit me to death a min ago, I couldnt move and heal was on cooldown (gm did this probably too) . I lost a leather jacket and my knife + 5 iron ore
If this happens again I quit!!!einselff

I can try to translate. This guy Shakal with his friends were killing something in Broken Hills when suddenly they lost their ability to move at all. At the same (?) time some rusians jumped in and shot their asses to the moon. He thinks that some GM hopped and tied their shoe laces and then hided and giggled.

Messing with the client and the connection is beyond GMs' abilities. The only exception is a ban, but that didn't happen here. Needless to say, I've found nothing wrong in the logs - except that most of the GMs weren't even logged at the time of happening, which I inferred from the screenshot name, assuming CET timezone. And if the whole thing was a hackery, then I fail to see why there's a need to mention a GM anywhere.
Now I'd like to know what was the server's response when the connection was trying to be established.

What happenings are you referring to? I know of dozens "strange things" that I solved by fixing bugged scripts without even mentioning that in the changelogs.

When i tried to log into game mouse cursor (clock) was "frozen" on Loading... screen so it looked exactly like there was a server restart or just servers were down.
But anyway thx for replying and sorry for blaming this mess on GM ;] You can throw out this topic in trash we are deleting our chars anyway
