Title: cant switch serv

The 2238 server is down and im having trouble switching to tla. i have switched the .chache file 86.46 with 86.68 and updated some kind of files but i only get v.1 nothing works?and thoughts or suggestions?please,im bored.

TLA is down for the next time. Don't know for how long, but as far as I know, it will not come back soon.
