To make some closure of nonsense things I did as GM, tomorrow will be the last
skin give-away event (at least made by me). It will be done in 2 parts:
Give-away part 1: 17:00 - 18:00 CEST
Give-away part 2: 22:00 - 23:00 CEST
Date: Sunday, 12 August 2012
Place: Vault 15
Maybe it's the last chance to get a skin, so don't miss it.

Read this carefully if you want some skin from me.
Yesterday I made a first skin give-away event in V15. I will be doing it once in a while when I will be in a good mood. I will be announcing the give-away by broadcasting message on the server and informing about it on the #2238 IRC channel.
Remember that with a non-standard skin:
- Your look will change to normal if you wear an amor.
- Some of the skins (supermutants and ghouls) can't wear ANY armor.
- Without armor some of the skins will slow you down - not all skins have running animation. Some walk VERY slowly.
- Without armor you won't be able to use all weapons - non-standard skins don't have all weapon animations.
- If you have a skin already, it won't be changed to another one.
I don't guarantee any safety during the give-away. Don't come with expensive stuff.
SOME RULES AND HOW TO GET A SKIN DURING GIVE-AWAY:
- Don't wear any armor in V15 during the give-away.
- Stand still in V15 near the skin NPC model of your choice and wait for me to come. You don't follow me, don't shout or do anything disruptive.
- All available skins are in the north part of V15. Don't ask me for skins which aren't there.
- If you received a skin, you leave V15 immediately and don't come back until the give-away is over.
- If you have a skin already I won't change or remove it. You must visit a barber to remove it.
- Female characters who can't visit a barber can have skins reseted at the end of any skin give-away. They have to wait patiently until everyone got a skin.
- Harassing me about skins outside give-aways is forbidden. Don't do it. Don't ask me when will be next give-away.
- People breaking these rules will be killed. I don't care how much stuff you carried on you so don't act stupid.

Important note: the skin give-away is going on ONLY when JovankaB (my GM character)
is in the Vault 15 location and only after you see a server message about the give-away.
If you can't see me there, don't wait there for any skin because you won't get any!

I updated the list of skins which will be available during the give-aways.
Robots and animals are no longer available. People who have them already will be asked
to always stay is robot/animal character (no talking dogs etc) or the skin will be removed.
Also some skins with serious animation bugs (like no visible animation during attack) were
removed from the list. People who have them already will be asked too choose another one.

These skins are supposed to be mainly replacement of bluesuits, not to pretend that you
wear some expensive armor. Don't ask for other skins and remember to not ask for skins
outside the give-away events. Thanks.

Skinned up most of my alts to fit with their personality and reason for existence. Thankyou very much, will make my time as a sociable roleplayer much easier. HURRAH.
