I'm new to this, can someone tell me the basics of what to do?

You need to be more specific. Also, you need to show people here, that you invested a minimal time to find an answer before asking the question.

So, to do what exactly?

To start up the server and test it with the client? Try the reloaded version (server and mapper (http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/files/source/FOnlineReloaded1stSeasonPart1.zip) / client (http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/files/source/FOnlineReloaded1stSeasonPart2.zip)), that is jut dl and run, I don't know about the others.

nvm, although help with the admin terminal would be nice.
