NV:MP is still a Fonline (fallout-online) as for this reason surely it would make sense to come to the FO:Dev and ask how the combat timer in all current fonlines work? and if it would be possible to apply to NV:MP.

If I remember right, it's just a simple timer running down per player as soon as a combat action has been done. E.g. attacking someone or being attacked. There isn't any special and fancy mechanic behind it.

Not sure how the combat timeout mechanics of FOnline engine are related to NV:MP as it's a totally different engine.
If you want to experiment with combat timeout or some other mechanics I would recommend to either download the SDK (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php/topic,24341.0.html) and play around or connect to one of the active servers here (http://fodev.net/status/).

It was fantastic and I followed this story many sites already. But I can not see data like this before.
