A mercenary who have medic and first aid skills. Players can ask to be FS or healed. And maybe ask to heal or first aid a other character ( i don't know what can we do with npc about skills.)

Of course you'd need the "Medic" mercenary to do any good, chances are the mercenaries in geneal will just fail fa your ass and leave you weakened -.-.

He means if you press "Alt + 5" it makes you automatically heal yourself instead of having to press "5" and then target yourself. (I think, might understand the statement wrong)

Umm...  You do realize we're talking abuot mercenaries here... and that alt clicking is command menu for them?
Alt+click self+Heal = a Follower command.
