I'm pretty sure some slaves do still level up, granted i haven't used them for a few days but im quite sure that trappers still do at least.

i suggest to have the F2 folower user untervace(in dialog press combat)

Commands - why not? Especially the looting command seems cool - a slaves' work indeed
sharing xp - no, it is too easy to lvl get 21 anyway.
