Introduce "Bluesuit kevlar armor"

I think there could jsut be different variations of armor ( I liked enviornmental armor from Tactics).   Low defense but high rad and other enviornmental protection.

Bluesits are everywhere because this game is a pk nightmare.  You die so often practically nobody wants to risk their hard earned shit.  

PS:  You chuckleheads know who you are.  Bitching about bluesuits yet have no problem with robbing them of thier mining cooldowns.  So how the fuck these guys supposed to get their hands on armor when just geting the resources gets them pked.  Dumbest fucking complaint ever.
