Okay so I disassembled like hundred of mausers and I didn't even get a single junk. My science is 100% but I don't think it should matter. Components that guns are made of should be like prices for them. Every mauser leaves one junk no matter how much science you have and the higher science, the more materials you can get.

agreed, You should be able to get a Minimum of 1 Junk for almost Anything.

Already suggested/discussed, since the HQ mat, there were no update for disassembling, but if i remember well, Lexx/Solar said that they will improve dismanteling one day.

Nyarla:
yeah, at least one junk from disassembling any kind of weapon would be great.
