Why not just go to Modoc and talk there? It's Modoc Militia not IRC or Forum Militia.

You cant expect me shouting "Modoc anyone?" and the place is crowding instantly.
Things need time and this is to promote that some people want to get life back into that town.
Forum or IRC is needed to gather some people at first, im also doin ingame "recruiting" and spread the love there.
