Any sniper build?

I went from the assumption that they don't want a hardcore PVE character, adn besides, with 220-240% SG skill you don't need the perception too badly, I've done PvP with a sniper many times (pre-wipe mostly), and a boost in AP regeneration is better than being able to shoot 2-3 hexes farther...

so technically the 7&8 agility snper builds are more or less SpeedCripplers.

220% SG and 7 Perception vs a target 41 hexes far with 30 Armor Class, shooting him in eyes?
66% chance to hit...
With 240%, it's 86%.

Perception is VERY useful.
