Any sniper build?

What I like about this build is 10lk and finesse. Allows for 2 life givers which is a big health bonus. I don't quite like the low int and ag.

You don't need more AG and INT -.-
Making a good build means good balance, you can't cast SPECIAL points from air, you need to sacrifice something to get something else. And having 5 INT and 6 AG is so enough...

What's your problem? I'm just saying how the situation is. You can't change it. If the guy took out points from luck and put it in INT/AG, you would say that you don't like that he has too small LK. Blah, blah.
I'm repeating - you can't cast special points from air :D You need to keep the balance. That build is very good. I don't think if you could make a better one for a crippler without drugs. Well, you could do this:
