Annyone knows how annoying is to have to small char to talk with an npc
I wood like to sugest THIS:
At speech 100=like u wood have charisma 5 at 150=Char 6 200 Char 7 250 Char 10
THIS not modifies the SPECIAL stats.I maked this topic for the guys with char 1 and they can buy only form adytum with shity prices

Guys with 1 CH already are speaking to NPCs using Mentants. It's much cheaper than use precious skill points.

Shamefully yeah.
I think they should make mentats give only +1 cha. Or better no +cha at all

Pff it's enought to have 1 CH to trade in any town, you can even trade with 3 merchants in NCR with shitty 1 CH, and I never had a reason to have more than 1 CH of all my time playing. This SPECIAL is the same as Speech or Gambling skill now and raising it for more than 1 is the same as tagging Gambling.
Even if your suggestion will be implemented, I think it's better to not waste skill points on this useless skill, but remove points from IN and give them to CH, but it's a mistake.
The only reason I wanted 3 CH is to always have a female merc near me. ;p
