Let's say I have 15 points, I put them in SG, and I get 2 spare points, if I click Done, will I be able to use those points on next lvl?

(I'm asking rather than puting them on other skills because other skills are already like I want, and since after a certain % it drains more than 1 SP to get % on that skill)

You can save as many skill points as you want for later use at later levels, just as long as you don't exceed 99 usable points.
