Count yourself lucky I encountered that last go around.  And didn't dig up the graves I wonder what toys I missed out on.....  Well fresh wipe new chances!  ;D

Crazy is right, it's not a special encounter. Special encounter are encounterable once per character's life, this random encounter isn't.
Izual,that means 1 special encounter/caracter? or you will never encounter that special encounter again?

i won the lottery, absoultely accidently, was traveling to the water station for electroparts





As you can see i bumped onto it in the same area on the world map as lukario;) you can add it to wiki. Oddlly if those special encounters occur on the fixed world map areas.

I doubt they do, or are at least not supposed to.  Could you imagine the farming of those areas...

mentat, are you sure you had no Abandoned howitzer encounter for example?
