The guards did the some stupid shit to me as well. I had a gun in my main hand without noticing, I was running around with it for ages until a guard asked me to put it away. When I actually put it away, they shot me. I had been running around in front of them, crafting for like 10 minutes.

Exacly. They don't shot you unless you stop running.

I've run all my to workbench, craf some stuff and talk to one of guards to see which one is rondo. Conversation was somewhat familiar:

"PU ..." *bang bang killed* "... T YOUR WEAPONS AWAY!".
