Ghoul militia in Gecko

I don't know. There is only one human in Gecko (if I am not wrong) so Ghouls are practically 100% of its population. Broken Hills is different. If mutant and ghoul milita was introduced to Broken Hills, there should be different prices for each kind of militia, ghouls being the cheapest and mutants being very, very expensive. Mutants should not use energy weapons, they could only use hand to hand weapons or miniguns. All these may not prevent whining completely, but it would make sure things are not that hard. And after all, I don't see why town militia can't have members of the local races. And if there are super mutants in that town, well, you'll have to fight super mutants then.
