[Question] What effect of shooting at Groin? All i know is when Small Scorpion once critically hitted me in Groin i knockedout and got like 20 damage... So if shooting at eyes = % blind, head = % knockout, groin = knockout too?

never mind, the bad luck went away after i died for the first time.
and i've found a keycard when exploring a cave, anyone know what it is for?

I got killed when i go to crafting table (in NCR).

I have reputation 0 NCR
and NCR rangers are -1500 something.

And NCR police shot me :-\

hi! i have one question for yu people.. after another server "crush" my friend "Raen" can't log in the game wid that kind of error: "This character is already logged in. Please contact the server administrator".. somebody please can tell me , wut 2 do  :-[

If it was a server crash, that doesn't mean that he got hacked. This has happened to me before, and (I think) it is only because the server still thought you were logged in because you never logged off or something because the server crashed. It should refresh in a certain amount of time.

Or atleast that is how I think it goes, since this has happened to me before when the server crashed. It's already been an hour, so if it hasn't been fixed yet for you, then try logging in as a bogus player account (obviously it won't work), which I think will refresh your account. Then try logging in again as your normal account.

I suggest keeping it and using it on every single locked door out there. It might work for one of them!

In real-time, they run about as fast as you. Maybe a bit slower than you. I'm not sure what time you are comparing it to, though. Someone else might have a detailed explanation on how fast they run.


I have another question:
How many people can I lead with 4 Charisma, and with 4 Charisma, am I able to get all of the dialogue options to become a Small Guns 3 Profession?
