Yeah I got crits way more than 1% of the time with 1 luck. I also noticed that i miss about 1 in 5 attacks despite 95% chance being 1 in 20.

it might be on how lucky you are in real life, since i've hit the 100% small arms all of my attacks hit, never missed one since that.
and also, where do you find the different mercs, the female ones, the males, the mutants, the ghouls, which towns do i have to search to find them?
also, which are the cars you can purchase?
one more question, are there any roleplaying events going on? Kinda interested in them...

Look at this picture. See the corn and cabbage fields in the left down corner of the picture? Just go there and little bit more down, there are some other Brahmin fences. The Brahmin trader is there, just in front of the big fence, next to the building.
I would make a screenshot myself, but they don't like me in Hub, sorry.. hope you will find it anyway.

No, for armors - for stimpaks, I think no too.

As far as I know, it's the same thing, so you lose one AP by aiming at torso instead of single-shooting.

If some other persons have the same problem - set the path to your Master or Critter.dat in FOConfig.exe .

Technically, what defines a steal attempts for guards?

-Using skill in general on NPC or player...
-being catched redhanded by removing item from inventory or...
-trying to place a item in their inventory? (like a stone or armed explosive)

dunno if this is a bug, so i'll post here, basically i've been playing with my main, Kurgan, he has luck 1, but today i started up a new character, cause using a shotgun gets a bit boring after a while, she (Vilja) is an energy gunner with 6 luck, but i seem to get critical failures all the time, and miss about 30% of all the attacks when the to hit value is 95%, is there some chance that Kurgan's original luck effects got transferred to my new character?
ps, my traits are small frame and good natured with (vilja)

What about weapon's deteoration and your STR? I tryed to shoot with laser rifle with 4 STR...:

You critically missed and lost all your ****ing 24 ammo, so go and craft more MFCs.

When my laser pistol got like 40%, it exploded in my hands. Twice... i mean both pistols, later.

suddenly the 1 luck seems like heaven, since the critical failures happen about 150x less often...
maybe it is a bug, 6 str firing a laser pistol with a pal with 10 luck 10 hexes behind your target
laspistol: fuck you, i'm missing your target and hitting your pal, twice, with crit hits, so he dies.
and also, 2 minutes ago, i missed critically, got hit by the laser pistol, lost my next turn and dropped my weapon...
