no, i mean the BOS scribe and The BOS high elder robe

They are not available to the players.
Blue robe is used mostly by GMs by now, and can handle pistols, throwing, use and running animations.
Grey robe is used by Hubologists/Elronologists, and has almost all the animations, except the pistols one I think.
Brown robe is used by some devs and can handle only a few animations, like the blue one.

that kinda sucks, what would i have to do to get the grey robe or the purple one for that matter?

Izual:
Purple only is available, but they are rare, and I think that they are now mostly stored in gang bases.

gordulan:
another question, how does the dropped robe sprite look like?
