is any way for wash my reputation with NCR Rangers? for leart Small Guns 3lvl craft i was need join slavers and in total after resign raiders i still have -2850 rep with NCR Rangers. -10 rep per real day is nothing. can i kill any critters for wash rep?

Who told you that nonsense? You lose a bit more than -100 per day. You can join BoS -> great boost to NCR reputation if you can't live without NCR, then you can leave it, when you'll have neutral with NCR. You need atleast > -1500 to not be killed there by guards. So even -1450 is ok.

Is it possible to join raiders, quit raiders and join again ? (just asking 'cause i messed up...)

How many mentats can I eat at the same time tho they will affect me all? I mean like I have 1 int, eat 5 ment and get 10 int, is it possible?
