Can't find guy in Boneyard that should give pistol and +15 % to small guns. I remember where he stood before, but he isn't there now. Was he moved to somewhere?

Hell, there is no more boneyard :)
you talk in adytum with a guy in combat armor, he tells you where is new location. go there and get your pistol :)

You can simply go direct to the Gunrunners. No need to visit Adytum at all.

I got fruit near necropolis, but now no more there
