yes, it is, i have 100 barter (most people say it is a wate of points, and i get about 6k per ripper at several traders.

I have a question about "Salesman" perk - FOnline wiki sates that it gives 50% to Barter. Is that value still actual? I'm asking, because FCP (FOnline Character Planner) gives 15% to barter after picking that perk.
Anyone picked that perk and can confirm exact value of % added to Barter?

Aye, the skill is really useful. What happens with their money, by the way? Are they converting all the junk items into caps after some defined amount of time?

And there was one more thing i wanted to ask: are maximal HP based on static or dynamic attributes?
