-Using skill in general on NPC or player...
-being catched redhanded by removing item from inventory or...

dunno if this is a bug, so i'll post here, basically i've been playing with my main, Kurgan, he has luck 1, but today i started up a new character, cause using a shotgun gets a bit boring after a while, she (Vilja) is an energy gunner with 6 luck, but i seem to get critical failures all the time, and miss about 30% of all the attacks when the to hit value is 95%, is there some chance that Kurgan's original luck effects got transferred to my new character?
ps, my traits are small frame and good natured with (vilja)

What about weapon's deteoration and your STR? I tryed to shoot with laser rifle with 4 STR...:
You critically missed and lost all your ****ing 24 ammo, so go and craft more MFCs.
When my laser pistol got like 40%, it exploded in my hands. Twice... i mean both pistols, later.

suddenly the 1 luck seems like heaven, since the critical failures happen about 150x less often...
maybe it is a bug, 6 str firing a laser pistol with a pal with 10 luck 10 hexes behind your target
laspistol: fuck you, i'm missing your target and hitting your pal, twice, with crit hits, so he dies.
and also, 2 minutes ago, i missed critically, got hit by the laser pistol, lost my next turn and dropped my weapon...
