You need two files from Fallout 2 - master.dat and critter.dat - to play FOnline.

Cultist:
The devs don't have the legal right to use any of this but they probably won't get sued as they aren't turning a profit and it would be bad  publicity for bethesda if they attacked the hardcore fallout fanbase.

i only like the armored vault suit idea. i actually love the idea of wearing the leather shoulder pad and the swedish ammo belt.
