Before the wipe, I made a suggestion that said to get rid of the 10mm SMG NCR guard. Apparently it was a bad mechanic that just made the guard pick up a looted 10mm SMG and use it. It seems to not happen anymore. This is slightly different issue, due to the fact that it is intended:

Now, all NCR guards have FN FALs.
You know what that means?

10% of the time, those NCR guards use burst-mode when operating said FN FALs.
You know what that means?

10% of the time, 29 HP noob gets killed by the long-distance burst of FN FAL, when the gun's shots were directed on someone else. Bluesuit who punched the guy dies, so does the guy he punched due to the burst effects. $:-\$

Sniper Rifles would prevent this Friendly Fire situation.

P.S. Wanna know the first death I saw after the wipe? It was a bluesuit in NCR punching another guy, and they both died due to burst.

Agree'd that Guards shouldn't have burst weapons, especially in NCR... I really don't care if it's only 10% of the time, it still provides un neccesary danger, because it's sometimes a pretty crowded place, and can take more than just one person down... The vultures seem to like this feature however...
