Also Degradation must affect price of items.

Now how now, the price of item are only affect of the count breaks and not of the simple degradation.
This is a mechanism of game wrong of my point of view.
What an absurd reason a merchant would buy at full price an object degraded and battered. If you sell a car crashed throughout, although running its price is very low, indeed it would be a spit.
Furthermore, this feature allows players to have an object that lasts forever, making unnecessary the need to repair things. Just swap the object heavily degraded with a new one with the merchant and you're done. You have forever a perfect object without costs.
Propose to ensure that even the simple degradation affect the price of objects. More an object is degraded much lower its value.
Crazy:
Also it sound a bit stupid to me that a merchant buy lower something at 99% detoriation with no break count, than an item repared 3 times at 0% det wich have break count due to reparation, tough it never broke. Damn, a basic rule is if you're taking care of your equipement(=repair it often), it should stay in very good condition, and could be sold for a good price!
