yoz:
- make it have the same stats as an expanded magazine AR (damage, magazine, range,...)
- add the scoped perk to it
- make its crafting resources and price = exp. mag. AR + scope

Make FN FAL HPFA better than normal FN  FAL

Crazy:
If I remember well, the XL is supposed to disapear from IG weapons, and HPFA almost stay as very rare and very high tier reward after some buff (and I hope the vindic will have a buff and be obtainable via uber hard quest too, like I haven't heard of any spe encounter since the wipe (gauss or vindic)).

Surf:
The XL70E3 will disappear for now from the crafting table. Same goes for some other weapons too.

why to make the XL70E3 disepear ? Can just be a secondly weapon for snipers or a new kind of hight range small gun, yoz is just right :

And make the AR with the XL's stats just change magazine capacity
