Snipers Are a good choise?

Here's a build I was using pre-wipe, and to a certain extent sometimes use now

S 5 (the necessary strength required to use a sniper rifle)
P 7 (Vision is important, and in TB PvE you almost always get to go before the NPCs)
E 4 (Not too important with a large reserve of HP really...)
C 1 (your brother can lead the party, therefore, he'll need a minimum of 2 charisma...)
I  6 (Plenty of skillpoints for the SG skill)
A 8 (9 AP is pretty important when going PvE) [you can take 6 alternately, but would never work to 100% in PvE)
L 10 (60% crit chance in eyes make my day)
Tags
Small Guns: This choice is obvious...
Unarmed: (conserves bullets in the long run {saved me a couple of thousand .223 slugs Pre-Wipe} [Altenatively you can grab another skill if you want really...]
Doc/FA: Healing limbs/health
Traits:
Small Frame
[finesse] (Only if you plan on being a complete crippler.) {Alternatively you can take good natured if your brother has a mentats at hand, for the fortress +SGskill quest, nets you a +5% net bonus (SGSkill-10%+15).
Perks:
Awareness
More Crits
Better Crits
Lifegiver
Lifegiver (actually, whatever you want, I went with a second lifegiver, paid off quite well I gotta say...)

And well, Sneak in PvE is useless really, only good when griefing other people by coming close to them from behind and blasting them at near-point-blank range with several bursts... (but thet's just my opinion...)
