Trouble accessing the game.

today i wanted to play and i couldnt.
it said that my login or password was incorrect.
i dont know if i have been banned or hacked.
if ive been banned then i really dont know why.
the account was BigGuyNoGun

Are you aware there has been a wipe recently?

if ur talking about the time  or weeks ago then yes i am aware.
after that i created again BigGuyNoGun as energy weapons user and i leveled him up to 12.
yesterday i could log for any unkown reason.
