Cows and Tree's [Outpost]

Are the tree's inside the outpost gonna be cuttable soon and i keep getting mauled by the damn brahmin in the place are they bugged?

If you're talking about the outpost base, you won't have to worry about the cows anymore.  They won't respawn once they die.

Trokanis:
Yup no more farming them for xp.  And as far as the trees, I'm not sure.  I didn't know they ever were able to be chopped.
