Ghosthack:
FIXES:
- Follower won't attack faction friend's followers (hopefully fixed this time).
- Followers will reload powerfists and other unarmed weapons.
- ~disbandparty only worked with away_team argument, fixed now.
- Minor arena fixes.
- Updated server/client versions. Especially server should be more stable.

FEATURES:
- Follower will visually reload weapon.

CHANGES (WIP):
- Brahmins in bases will die permanently when killed.
- Car repair cost is now 10% of deterioration amount.
- Cigarettes available from Neal in Junktown.

EXTRA NOTES:
- Run the updater and receive the new client version.
