Question about random junk ^^

BEFORE ANY FLAME WAR START I DONT MEAN THE JUNK YOU FIND ON GROUND IN TOWN ENCOUNTERS

I mean the small things you can sometime find in shops left by someone xd  ....

So where can we find things like ... golden watches, large empty bottles, power armor repair manual and things like those

Iv had 2x Power armor repair manual tough .. was lucky enought to get critical hit in eyes for 77 from npc on way to tent xd

At least part of it comes from special encounters.

I recently bought a pair of dices, no idea where they come from.
