Or ... as it was suggested before:
You lost 1 AP for every hex you ran in real time, if you have no APs you can't run, only walk, while walking your APs don't regenerating, so if you want to always run you need to: run, stand, run, stand.
Bonus Move perk will allow to you to have 2 additional APs for running only, which will be consumed 1st, so with 10 APs and x2 Bonus move you can shoot using all APs you have and then run 4 hexes instantly after that. Or you can run without stoping 14 hexes.
Solar said something about: "So these who in combat will always walk, and these who isn't will run and prevent them from doing any actions"
But I couldn't find anything about "combat" when I said, I mean you'll always lose 1 AP per hex while running, regardless of combat or not, and it's obviously, because you losing APs for looting, stealing, FAing and changing items in RT, even if you're not in combat, so why don't you lose APs while running...?
Bad thing that you wouldn't run from NCR bazaar to workbrench without stoping, but... it'll make Bonus Move more useful and RT more similar to TB.

Ofcouse it'll make combat slower... but isn't it that everyone want? Also it'll be harder to jump from the corner, make some bursts and then jump back (well.. it'll be possible with Bonus Move perks of couse), but anyway it'll change combat alot, but the main problem is Bonus Move perk is useless now.
