Road to tanker

.ian and FurriorBG are killing players that going to tanker in SF. They use feature that no guards between tanker and downtown.

Is this bug using or not?

It's not a bug.

But it still seems to be exploit as long as they don't have to fight with guards. It's just like walking into NCR killing few people and walk away.

Or be like me and don't go in there.  The strangest thing is I was the safest grinding ciritters since you can use TB.

Then it could be a flaw in town's design.
