Hellou there, I have one problem with this Hydro-magneto-think.. I know that you can do this quest to enter the Vault-City .. so I got a Hydroelectric Magnetosphere Regulator for 3000 caps in reactor but now I dont know where I have to go to finish the quest... .Can somebody help me please , thank you for your informations and I wish you to enjoy this awesome game See ya inside the game ( Fuminator)

It's the guard standing next to the gate, the one on the right side of the entrance to the city.

Try talking to the guy inside the house next to the gate , the one who gives the day pass (inside the second room) . Maybe he should let you in so you can talk to the first lady .

I don't remember 'cause ,like Michael , i only done the quest in F2 and it was a long time ago .
