Cigarette selling NPCs

Enable bartenders to sell cigarettes like the bartender in Junktown who sells nuka cola.

Yes, not a bad idea for a stop gap measure. Will add it when I get home (unless I forget, at which point remind me ;))

Correct ... and available to craft at the Themepark and Gas Station

well,in the Quest "Buster's Cigarrets" you have to go to Green hair bartender(forgot name),so why can't we buy cigs from her?

or implement Tabaco
