Yea.. thx.. I tryed this man , bud he dont wont this item and he is not giving me chance to speak about it even when I have it in my bag.. do you know what I can do please.. I am realy sad ....

Try talking to the guy inside the house next to the gate , the one who gives the day pass (inside the second room) . Maybe he should let you in so you can talk to the first lady .

I don't remember 'cause ,like Michael , i only done the quest in F2 and it was a long time ago .
