You are all wrong!

The AP regeneration "speed" is depending on your maximum AP. The time to regenerate all your AP from zero is FIX. A character with 12 max AP regains AP twice faster than an other with 6 max AP.

You got us  ;D

that would make a single shot build more interesting in RT, and correct me if i'm wrong, but the recent change in fast shot is supposed to make this kind of build viable.
So without such change to animation speed, fast shot seems completely useless when fighting in RT.
