i was thinking... and isnt 170% unarmed a bit over the top since hes a pure damage, isnt 130% enough?

I usually have 135-150 depending on the build

PE doesn't affect unarmed and melee.
So for 95% non aimed unarmed/melee hit you need skill = 95+target's AC.

Cocain:
does one hander perk affect punches and kicks?
