Fuel controller drop rate

Hydro:
I actually like new system of moving, but I think it's kinda harsh for new players, so my suggestion is- as car are now tool for travels and new players don't have enough money for other cars than cocroach to increase drop rate of fuel controller. Actually for 3 days I've met 6 wrecks of cars in active try to find this part without any results. Leave car wrecks appearing on the locations as it is, but increase drop chance that part from them. It can be 50% or 20% especially that as in wiki states it is 1 per 15

better not NCR, to busy there now as it is. Do the Hub or something

here is Hub is more quiet,but you do not have HQ stuff and electronic parts here

More usefull for lowbies would be some starting area with lots of easy quests and lots of brahmin pens with shit. In prewious era I just made two brahminshit rounds (klamath, stables, broken hills, redding, VC, modoc) and i was in lvl 3. Then i could start hunting brahmins for tent.
Now it takes much longer cause i am forced to stay in one city or close with wery few quests and brahmin shit. Anyways I am looking forward to more quest being created and implemented especially for lower level chars.
