The AG 6 includes the point from Small frame.
Pick either 6 or 10 luck, not 8, 6 for perks, 10 for max. crit. chance.
That gives some options:
- move 2 LK points to PE.
- move 2 CH points to LK
6 IN should be enough for a good build.
So if you move 2 CH points to LK, you can move 1 IN to PE.
Finesse is good for crippling, not for damage so it's rather useless for PvP although you might disarm opponents.
Take Good natured instead, especially if you're going to tag FA.
Suggestion for tagged skills: SG, FA, Outdoorsman
Get SG to 220, doctor to 100, FA to roughly 120, Outdoorsman to roughly 140.

If you don't find awareness important, get Strong Back and take Survivalist at a later level if you want Outdoorsman to be high.
