Trait - "Fast Shot" is not working w/ 10mm SMG

Fast Shot is now a almost completely useless trait sadly.  When it said it only works for aim shot capable weapons doesnt that mean -1ap to all modes for them?  I mean seriously it certainly sounds like it but yeah Don't pick Fastshot for any build now kids  :(.

Weapon modes, not weapons.

Wait, so does fast shot reduce the ap cost of aimed shots now?
