sniper or burster

so after a while or playing i found that well burst cost more ap because of the new update and well i really cant be a good burster if it takes almost all my ap to burst or my question is should i stay a burster or switch 2 a massive crit sniper ??? and if i should change 2 a sniper can someone give me the outline for it cause i have no clue on how 2 make a sniper thanks for help :)
